Daniel F. Pinnow, is a Pioneer of Systemic Leadership in the German speaking countries and a wellknown Leadership Expert and bestselling Author.
He is the Founder & Managing Partner of the Academy of systemic Leadership an was, therefore, more than 15 years the Managing Partner & CEO of the "Akademie für Führungskräfte der Wirtschaft GmbH" in Überlingen and Bad Harzburg, Germany - one of the most famous experts in leadership and management science in German speaking countries. As a pioneer in systemic leadership in Germany, Pinnow combines his extensive leading and managing experiences with traditional management theories, organizational psychology and family therapy. The experienced management trainer and leadership coach has been on the board of directors of the Cognos AG, one of Germany’s biggest private providers for further education and gained deep leadership experience as top manager within international companies such as Airbus Group and E.ON Ruhrgas AG.
Pinnow earned a master’s degree in economic sciences from the University of Cologne and a master’s degree in social sciences from the University of Wuppertal. Throughout his studies he focused on psychology and organizational sciences. He is lecture of leadership & organisation at Hochschule Fresenius in Munich and Associate Professor of Leadership at Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing, China.
In addition to his bestseller ‚Leadership – What really matters‘ (Führen – Worauf es wirklich ankommt, 6th edition in 2012), which was also published in China as one of the first german management books, Daniel Pinnow has published numerous papers and books on human resource management, systemic leadership and ethics.
Daniel F. Pinnow lives in the region of Lake Constance, Germany. In his spare time, Pinnow is playing drums and keyboard or he is skiing, playing golf or riding motor bike in the Alps.
Hendrike Werwigk has earned a master’s degree in International Culture Business Studies and Business Administration at the University of Passau. After her bachelor’s degree, she has gained practical experience as the assistant of the managing director of a medium-sized Czech IT-firm. Additionally, she is currently engaged in the founding process of the sustainability student consulting company sneep consulting.
In her spare time she loves being in the nature.
At the Academy for Systemic Leadership she is responible for seminarorganisation and assistant of the managing director.
André Wentzel is completing a cooperative study program to get a bachelor degree at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University of Ravensburg.
In term of his studies he works for ADMIRAL Entertainment and that gives him a lot of flexibility. Beyond that he consults a start-up company in marketing and distribution.
He likes to hike up mountains and weight lifting.
André is the responsible of the online-marketing management and the organization of the seminars.
